From Passion to Career

My love for the industry began when I was young and began doing clean-up work in a local lock shop. I immediately took an interest in rekeying locks, cutting keys, and the fulfillment that comes with customer service. After receiving my driver's license, I was put in a service vehicle and provided automotive, residential, and light commercial locksmith work. Since that day, I've continued to test myself and constantly learn more. More than two decades later, on April 1, 2018, I decided it was time for me to start my own business.

    Losing the only set of keys to our car was incredibly stressful, especially since we thought it would be impossible to find a locksmith willing to travel. Ben came to the rescue!     Some friends and I were on a side-by-side trip camping and one of them lost their key fob to the truck. After calling every dealer on Saturday and being told that nothing could be done until Monday (we were leaving sunday) we called Big Ben’s. He said he would be able to swing out Sunday morning before we left and get us taken care of. He was on time and did great fast work. It is nice watching someone who is good at their trade make a difficult task look so easy. We hope this is a service we do not need again, but it is nice to know who to call! Thanks again!
